The service is amazing, the flight are always on time, the top shelf drinks they provide on board is great! but the airplanes they schedule and promise to take us on are not. Often times, they switch plans at the last minute. We usually get really small planes or if it’s a large plane, the configurations looks like a commercial airline which is a disappointing experience.

I wanted to give a more in depth view of set jet since none of the current reviews have much content and the few pictures I have seen are not accurate to the actual interior of the jet configuration I was on. My experience with set jet was a 3.75 out of 5. For reference I flew out of Scottsdale to Orange County.

Having flown both private and set jet there are a few important differences to note.

1. The jet is configured like a regular airliner rather than a private jet. The seats are in rows. The seats are nice but a different configuration from an executive jet.
2. Without a doubt you will very likely have other passengers on the plane. We flew early flights and still had 7-12 people on the way there and back.
3. The plane we flew in was older and a few of the windows were broken and would not open.
4. Logistics of flying is a bit complicated. Unlike a private jet charter you have to plan ahead and adjust your trip to fit the flight schedules for your outgoing flight and return. We managed to get a flight there one day and the same flight back the next but it took a lot of moving the calendar around to make that happen.

The staff is very friendly, awaiting your arrival with a smile. In cabin flight attendant was very nice and hard working. You get drinks and snacks.

The most important note out of my bullet points is that you are paying a fraction to fly set jet as compared to chartering your own which is usually around $8k+ each way (for the same flight route I took). All things considered set jet is a great option but their advertising is a bit miss leading with the pictures of the interior cabins with no people in them, upgraded interiors etc as to what the set up is when you actually board the plane.

I love being a set jet member and I love the convenience of flying on a private jet with my husband and our 3 small parrots. Set jet has been really good to us and when I flew on my birthday they surprised me with an amazing gift! I was so touched by their generosity! Thank you Set Jet!

I have flown on Set Jet dozens of times, and it is Terrific...

Once you expense Set Jet you will never want to even fly 1st Class on any other plane...

Set Jet is well worth every penny, and will save you a lot of time and hassle compared to flying commercial.

I love Set Jet! The staff is so nice and courteous, the aircraft is beautiful and the overall experience is amazing! Looking forward to the Cabo and Aspen flights becoming available soon! They also are very pet friendly, Gizmo approves! ?
