Where do you guys get off charging 69% more than what the P.O. box is worth, for no less than six months? corporations are absolutely disgusting and unregulated now. Even the local post office is playing cash in on the people pig.

For people who have to have postage in the local area and don't have an address let me ask you how they're supposed to get a po box?

We the people have last say on these things and someone signed off on this. Pretty sure it wasn't us. On top of that the post office of all places doesn't receive packages. Man y'all really are the greatest. bare minimum at maximum price standards. Isn't that like " them ".

I went to pick up a package on Mon. I had this rude associate (Joy) attempt to talk down and belittle me. Only because she couldn't understand my package was sent from overseas and directed to their location for me to personally pick it up. After Joy stormed away to get a supervisor, Denise, the issue was resolved, and I picked up my package the next day. Even though I did not have to speak with Joy again, when she saw me come in, she sneared at me for some unknown reason. I cannot give higher than three stars only because I also work in the job where I deal with customers, and if I had done anything similar to this associate, I would have been reprimanded or fired.

The Midwest city United States post office is catty corner to Joe Barnes Park. There are post office boxes to rent, free mailing supplies, a large parking lot, a drive-through dropbox mail, and even though there’s usually a little line it goes quickly. I have picked up mail several times from this location and never had any issues. The workers are professional.

You people need to fix how you time your deliveries. I was supposed to have my paycheck from my job days ago AND STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT! The sender's address is a 30 minute drive from this post office. If it's that close, get it to me already! Now I have to figure out how to not end up homeless because you won't deliver my check!

I enjoy going there to drop off my packages definitely they get busy I recommend already having your labels pre-printed online. The postmaster general there is very nice in Midwest city.

Something needs to be done about those stupid mail boxes. they sit to far back and its hard for average bodied people to put mail in them. Every older person I see has to pull up an get out to insert mail. Its absolute trash...no need going in talking to the rude staff in there about it...they don't care

Needed to find a lost pckg. The clerk was very kind to help me locate it and get my refund because of the set up the company had with their postage...TY!

I was told I had a package at this location. I rushed to get there before they closed. No one wanted to help me because they were too busy looking at their watches and ready to go home. When someone finally took a second to help. A male customer walked in 1 minute before they were supposed to close and they were all smiles and giggles. So much for good customer service.
