MSgt Soto guided me through the recruiting process of the Air Force. He ensured I was informed throughout each step while addressing all of my concerns. It was really easy to contact him, and he made it a smooth process. He was easily approachable and kept each meeting brief and professional.

He also made sure to accommodate my travel time by reducing the need for me to travel to his office. (I live about 100 miles away)

All personnel I have worked with at the PV recruiting office have been fantastic. TSgt Ezzell was incredibly helpful when she was the recruiter - she helped start the process with me and informed me on how to best prepare for enlistment. Shortly after TSgt Ezzell left, MSgt Soto came in as the new recruiter and has been professional, hardworking, and engaging. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to my success by being proactive with paperwork, being consistently dependable, and listening to - and addressing -my questions, concerns, wants, and needs.
